If you’re worried about muscle tension due to stress, desk work or a bad posture or you are preparing for a sporting event, and you want to be in tip-top conditions, or you have a nagging injury that is stopping you from being as active as you would like, I can help you!
How I Work
I can tailor a massage to your specific needs, such as stiffness in the limbs, tense muscles or ligaments, or back pain. I can treat Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Migraine, Tennis Elbow and much more. Or if you want to give your body a bit of TLC, I offer relaxation massage that will soothe your aches, improve your sleeping and your overall wellbeing.

As well as treating sports injuries, I offer Monthly Maintenance Massages which are very beneficial in maintaining the active body pain-free so that you can give your best performance.
I work a lot with runners from running clubs - Totley AC, Steel City Striders, NDRC, Dark Peak Fell Runners Club, Dronfield Running Club, Hillsborough & Rivelin Running Club as well as four members of Team GB.
I work from my studio in Chesterfield and also offer a mobile service so I can do treatments in the comfort of your home
My name is Felipe, and I’m a VTCT Level 3 qualified sports massage therapist. I’m passionate about my work, and I aspire to help people enjoying an active lifestyle. I want to help you to start or continue doing sports and ensure nothing stops you from enjoying your activities.

I recently saw Felipe for a sports massage in preparation for a race. I used Felipe's mobile service and enjoyed the treatment from the comfort of my home. This worked well for me and was easier to fit into my busy schedule of work, training and kids. The massage was excellent and he always checked to see if the amount of pressure applied was ok. The massage went very deep into my muscles and my legs felt incredible afterwards. As a Team GB age-group triathlete, my training is very intense before a race and my legs are constantly 'worked'. It was exactly what I wanted in a sports massage and a great way to start my taper. I will definitely use Felipe again :)
